Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 am–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (678) 336-9226. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, dumplingmaster.us.
Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 46 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded chinese restaurants in Peachtree Corners.

All in all, I liked the food. It tastes great. But the biggest thing that keeps this from being really great is that there's no difference between the different type of dumplings. We ordered soup dumplings, steamed dumplings, pan fried dumplings, and the shen jian bao. These are all unique and different in their own way, but Dumpling Master prepared them all with the same filling and same wrappers. Proper shen jian bao should be fluffy along with the crispy fried part, and the regular steamed dumplings had more soup than the soup dumplings. That's not to say they weren't tasty, but I was hoping for different styles, and just got four different versions of the same thing. Of the four, I liked the pan fried dumplings the best. Best combo of size, juicyness, and flavor. The beef chow fun, noodle soup, and bubble tea we got was also great tho, so I would still come back for more of the stir fried dishes and pan fried dumplings. Still good, I would come back. But it could be something really special if they made each of the types of dumplings the way that makes them special.

It was my first time here so I didn’t know what to expect. Food was great, I had the dim sum shrimp sui mai and pan fried veggies dumplings. Shrimp Sui Mai was 10 out of 10 the veggie dumplings was not my favorite, I was expecting cabbage, mushroom, onions, carrots etc but the texture is what made me pause, the dumplings had glass noodles mixed in with the veggies and it just wasn’t my thing. If you like glass noodles, go for it. Overall, nice place, I will come back and try their soup and noodles.

What an incredible dining experience! From the moment we sat down, our server Matthew took amazing care of us — attentive without being overbearing, quick with every request, and genuinely warm and friendly the entire time. Service like this is rare these days, and honestly, it made the whole meal feel special. And the food didn’t disappoint either! The dumplings were delicious, the noodles were fantastic, and the boba drinks were the perfect finishing touch. Every dish was well-made and satisfying. But truly, the star of the show was Matthew’s service — fast, thoughtful, and full of genuine hospitality. If you’re looking for a place with great food AND a server who makes you feel like a VIP, this is it. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be requesting Matthew’s section!

Food great but the service is terrible. QR code menu , you the customer orders from the app at the table place more like a take out to the table. Not a restaurant like place with waiters or waitresses taking orders. Have a robot that brings the food out from the kitchen. Good way to destroy human job.

Came for the opening week promotion. They were offering free drinks... and the employees were so calm, kind, and efficient despite the crowds. Kudos to them! I'll be back quite soon to get food, excited to try. I got a very basic boba, but I was happy about the amount of tapioca pearls despite it being free.
